Unlike standard concierge service providers our LuxLife department do not offer services directly to the end customer. Instead, we work closely with our clients, VIP tour operators and Corporate travel departments, for the purpose of providing the best luxury lifestyle and personal assistance services to their customers.

Once our clients' customers have arrived in the UK they can contact us on our hot-line with any legal and ethical request they may have. Our operators will do their best to provide them with the best answers and make all necessary arrangements, bookings, ticket delivery, etc. to satisfy their requests.

We act as our client's representatives and care for their customers as our own.

After providing the service the customer will normally make a credit card payment over the phone for the services provided. LuxLife will add 10% service charge to the net supplier's invoice. We may add additional service charge on behalf of our clients if they wish. A copy of all invoices will be sent to our clients for their consideration.

Other methods of payment may be accepted depending on our client's wish. For instance we can arrange an invoice for all services to be sent after the customer leaves the country. Alternatively we can charge an agreed sum for the anticipated hours of using the LuxLife services in advance.
